This brand new villa is situated next to the sea in the traditional coastal village of Skala Maries. It can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children) and consists of three bedrooms, a living room/dining room, two bathrooms, a veranda and balcony with a beautiful sea view. It also offers a view to the Holy Mountain of Agio Oros as well as spectacular sunsets.

Just across the street is Atspas Beach where you will enjoy swimming and sun bathing while sipping a cold coffee or drink from the cafe. The center of the village is less than a 5 minute walk away where you will find traditional beach-front tavernas, a supermarket and more.
