Alexandros III is on three floors, the ground floor has the kitchen with a separate utility area / dining / lounge area and the first floor has two double bedrooms both with balconies and a bathroom. The second floor has a double bedroom with bathroom and large balcony. Ground floor doors lead to the large patios to front and back of the house. The spacious lounge has a wood burning open fire for the cooler winter evenings.

Alexandros III is for all-year-round use and has air conditioning and central heating.
