This beautiful and very modern villa stands on its own grounds with a swimming pool. The view towards the village of Rachoni, the sea, and the surrounding mountains is breathtaking! It is located on the outskirts of the very quaint village of Agios Georgios and has easy access to all local amenities. About 5 minutes drive away, there is a long stretch of beach with trees down to the sand providing welcome shade in the hot summer months. Water sports are available as well as horse riding.

The villa is two stories and the ground floor apartment is available for rental. The apartment is very spacious, with a big patio area to the front and direct access to the swimming pool. Inside is a complete and very modern kitchen which opens into the living/dining room area. There are two good-sized bedrooms, one being the master bedroom with a double bed and the second with two twin beds. There are also two double bed settees in the living room. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bath, basin, and WC. There is a second bathroom in the hall with a shower, basin, and wc. The apartment is ideal for two families sharing a holiday.

The garden encircles the house, with the pool to one side and paved areas all around, the perfect place to relax, have a dip, watch the sun set whilst drinking and eating alfresco. The view is absolutely glorious.
