Isis II is a villa over two floors. Upstairs it has a double bedroom, with extensive balcony spaces, shower bathroom, and storage on the landing. Downstairs is the kitchen/diner, lounge area and balcony to the side. There is an additional shower, toilet and laundry room downstairs.

Isis consists of a one-bedroom apartment on basement level (Isis I) and a detached two-floor villa above (Isis II), providing versatile and flexible accommodation, either for a family with parents and children wishing to have their own private spaces, or for two families sharing. Access between the villa and the apartment is by an outside stairway. Isis is in its own grounds, with patio, gardens and parking.
