Limenaria is a popular holiday destination on the southern coast of Thassos. It is a fishing village with a small harbour in the centre of town to provide the local shops and restaurants with fresh fish throughout the whole of the season and has several pretty, white smooth pebbled beaches. Limenaria is renown for its fine, dry climate, wide variety of shops, all in a lovely traffic free area, sea-front restaurants, cafés and bars and most of all, the many wonderful beaches that are around.
