Entrance to the house is up a short flight of steps, and into the kitchen diner. The lounge leads off the kitchen dining area and opens via double doors onto its own large balcony which offers a view all the way down the short walk way to the sea. Stairs lead up to the two double bedrooms, and the upstairs bathroom. The back bedroom has its own balcony with seaview.

The ground floor has a large double bedroom and its own separate bathroom with a bath and a shower over.
