This apartment is in the heart of the village of Skala Potamia. It is a first floor apartment with kitchenette, living/dining room, shower-room with washing machine and two twin bedrooms and was built and finished in 2006. It is comfortable and carefully decorated.

The access to the apartment is easy from the main road and is well lit at night. It has two balconies one from the living/dining room with a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains which surround Skala Potamia. The other balcony, accessible from both bedrooms, overlooks the main road and the village and has a mountain and sea view.

It is a minute's walk from the nearest supermarket, bakery and shops. The beach is at the bottom of the road, making your trip effortless. It is well-organised with sun beds and umbrellas that you can rent for the day. There are also numerous restaurants and beach bars all along the sea front.
