General information:  This new and spacious apartment is conveniently located on the fringes of Limenas town and a short stroll away from a sandy beach. It has access to all amenities and is about a 15 minute walk to the centre and 5 minutes from the Ferry. It has a superb view across the sea to the mainland and beyond of the mountains. Right beside it there is the biggest swimming pool in town.

Layout:  The apartment is on the top floor with a very large balcony facing the sea, and the second towards the mountains.

Kitchen:  Complete and modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment and which opens into the living / dinning room.

Bedroom(s):  2 good size and modern bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. An extra bed could fit into this room. The living room also has a double bed settee.

Bathroom:  Fully tiled bathroom with a shower, basin and WC.

Garden:  No garden, but there is plenty of open space in front of the apartment for kids to play as well as a long beach.
