information: A detached, one bed roomed, ground
floor, air conditioned and centrally heated studio apartment,
and with its
own outside patio and dedicated parking area. Sleeps 2 - 4.
It is located less than 5 minutes stroll from the ferry boats
and a three minute walk to the nearest narrow sandy beach. Also
right next door
to one of the biggest pool and pool bars on the island with its sun
beds and snack bar.
Layout: On one floor, large
and spacious lounge diner, with fully fitted and fully equipped
modern kitchen. Separate, curtained off, bedroom area, bathroom
with shower and WC.
Kitchen: Modern cupboards
and work tops, fridge/freezer, washing machine, full sized oven
and hob, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, pots
and pans, serving dishes and utensils. Everything necessary to
feed the inner man.
Lounge: Swedish, light oak double bed settee
and easy chair. Well stocked book case, CD/radio, with choice of
CDs, coffee table,
games and
writing materials.
Dining area: Bistro style table in light oak and 4 chairs. Coat and hat stand.
Bedroom: New double bed
in light oak, 2 wardrobe, chest of drawers, linen cupboard,
bedside cabinets and 2 flokatis.
Bathroom: New fittings,
enclosed shower with glass cabinet, hand basin with mirrored
cabinet, electric light, shaving point and window to outside.
Outside: Large patio area
to the front with tables, chairs, umbrella, citronella candles
and outside lights.
Small
Pets: A small cat or dog only, due to unenclosed front area.
