General information:  This new and spacious apartment is conveniently located on the fringes of Limenas town and a short stroll away from a sandy beach. It has access to all amenities and is about a 15 minute walk to the centre and 5 minutes from the Ferry. It has a superb view across the sea to the mainland and beyond of the mountains. Right nearby there is the biggest swimming pool in town.
 

Layout:  The apartment is on the top floor with a very large balcony that has a view to the sea.

Kitchen:  Complete and modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment and which opens into the living / dinning room.
 

Bedroom(s):  Two good size bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. An extra bed could fit into this room. The living room also has a double bed settee which should be able to sleep two persons.
 

Bathroom:  The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower, basin and WC.
 

Garden:  There is no garden, but there is plenty of open space around the apartment for kids to play as well as a long beach nearby. Parking is available.

Small Pets:   There are no pets allowed.
