information: General information: It is just one minute from the beach. It is in the centre of a real Greek community, your neighbours will soon be your friends for life.
It is about a 15 minute stroll, from the new marina where the ferries dock and is on the main road out-of-town towards the beautiful beaches of Tarsanas and Nisteri. It is well served by good access to pools, beaches, bars and restaurants, shops and the local round island bus. It is about a 20 minute stroll along a flat road to the centre of town, and it has its own parking place.

Layout: This three-bedroom maisonette is a real gem of a home. It offers flexible accommodation over three floors, (capable of sleeping up to seven). The lower floor has a full bathroom and a bedroom which opens the a veranda. The middle floor has the kitchen / dining room and lounge which opens to a balcony. The top floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms which one of them opens to a balcony.

Living Room: Lounge: The lounge (which sleeps an additional person) leads off the kitchen dining area, and is furnished with a modern and elegant corner sofa unit, remote-control television, and games for the cooler or damp evenings.
The lounge area opens via double doors onto its own large balcony which offers a view all the way down the short walk way to the sea.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with an extensive range of modern floor and wall cabinets, full size cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave and all the kitchen equipment and utensils one could possibly wish for! It is equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses and serving dishes for up to seven.
Bedroom(s): The top floor has two double bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed. The bedroom with the double bed has its own balcony with seaview. The bottom floor also has a large fully fitted bedroom with a double bed, which opens onto a small patio. All the windows and balconies have mosquito nets.
Bathroom: There are two bathrooms. One on the top floor which has a shower and also one bathroom on the bottom floor which has a bath and a shower over.
Garden: Small lawned garden area with an outside brick built barbecue. This leads to the walkway down to the beach for your early morning dip..
