information: This maisonette is one of 6 standing in its own ground, has four balconies, garden and parking area. A short distance from Golden Beach (500 mtrs), one of the best on the Island. The balconies offer beautiful mountain and sea views. It is a quiet area with easy access to all amenities. Sleeps 4/6.
Layout: Over two floors. Downstairs - kitchen with adjoining patio, lounge/diner (with futon) with door to spacious balcony. Upstairs - two bedrooms, one with twin beds (can be joined to make one bed), one with double bed, both with fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have balconies with mountain and sea views..
Kitchen: modern cupboards and worktops, fully equiped for 6 persons, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, small electric hob with two plates and an oven.
Lounge/diner:Two upholstered sofas; one of which makes into a small double bed. Dining table and chairs. Door to spacious, mountain facing balcony.
Bedroom(s): One with twin beds (can be made into one), fitted wardrobes, mountain facing balcony; one with double bed, fitted wardrobes, sea facing balcony. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and all windows have mosquito screens.
Bathroom: Fully tiled with bathtub, shower, basin and WC.
Garden: Small garden to side of property.
