Artsy II

The Maisonette

The Artsy II maisonette was completely renovated in 2020 and named ‘Artsy’ because of the artistic colors and decor! It consists of an open plan kitchen / dining / living room and a bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the semi-ground floor. There are mosquito screens on all windows.

SLEEP

The Artsy II can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has a single bed plus a double bunk bed for 2 children (0-12 years old). In the living room, there is a single sofa bed.

EAT & DRINK

The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven and electric stove for cooking breakfast, meals, and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided.

There is a dining table in the open-plan area; otherwise you can enjoy your delicious meals outside on the spacious veranda while gazing at the beach. The front of the maisonette has a small, beautiful garden with outdoor furniture where you can sit and relax.

Smart TV

There is a Smart TV in the living room.

Parking

Next to the maisonette there is a dirt road that is used for safe parking.

Location

Panagia is a traditional mountain village and Skala Panagia is a summer beach resort. The road that connects them ends at the sandy Golden Beach, which sparkles like gold when it reflects the sun. At this point of the road are located the maisonettes Artsy I, II and III, just a few meters away from the most beautiful beach of Thassos. Here you will be able to put on your swimsuit and walk to the beach across the street while enjoying every moment of your holiday by the sea.

The beach resort’s center is right here so you can find everything you need nearby from supermarkets, butchers and bakeries to restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife.
