Rafailia

The Villa

Rafailia is a spacious 2-floor home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is just 5 minutes walk from Atspas Beach and is located on a hillside with a panoramic sea view. Atspas beach is one of the most picturesque sandy beaches of Thassos.

The 1st floor has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a big balcony where you can enjoy your meals and drinks outside while gazing at the panoramic views and beautiful sunset.

The 2nd floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a bath and the other has a shower. There is a large balcony with breathtaking views.

The nice owners live on the ground floor and are discreet, but of course they will be very happy to help in case you need anything during your stay.

The villa’s location provides a safe place for children to play outside and enjoy the sunshine. There’s a playground less than 10 minutes walk away.

The village center of Skala Maries is an easy 3 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) from the villa. There you will find everything from supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and cafes.

Sleep

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people: 6 adults and 1 child.

On the top floor there are three bedrooms; Two of them each has a double bed while the third bedroom has two single beds. Downstairs, in the living room, there is a sofa where one child can sleep.

Eat

The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven and stove for cooking breakfast, meals, and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided in the villa.

You can enjoy your delicious meals at the big dining table in the kitchen or on the spacious balcony with panoramic views.

Wi-Fi

Always stay connected with the villa’s private internet connection. The Wi-Fi signal reaches every floor, but understandably the signal strength varies depending on where you are in the house.

TV

There is a big TV in the living room where you can watch films spoken in their original languages with Greek subtitles. A lot of important athletic events are also shown on the local channels.

Laundry

A washing machine allows you to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay. There are racks on the top floor balconies (where it’s nice and breezy) where you can hang-dry your laundry and beach towels to perfection.

Parking

There is plenty of public space just outside the villa entrance for you to safely park.
