OLIVE SUMMER HOUSE

Surrounded by olive trees and just a 5-minute walk from Golden Beach, Olive Summer House is a private retreat made for relaxed summer holidays with family or friends.

This detached 75 m² bungalow sits within its own fully fenced 2,600 m² olive grove, offering an exceptional amount of private outdoor space. Children have plenty of room to play beneath the shade of mature olive trees, while adults can slow down on the veranda, enjoy the garden and take in views towards Mount Ipsarion.

With accommodation for 4 adults + 3 guests, private parking for 3 cars and the beach only 350 metres away, Olive Summer House combines privacy and nature with easy access to one of Thassos’ most popular seaside areas.

SLEEP

The house is arranged entirely on one level.

There are:

• 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds
• 1 double sofa bed in the living area
• 1 single chair bed in the living area
• A baby cot available free of charge upon request

The house can accommodate 4 adults + 3 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING

A separate, fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to prepare breakfast, snacks or a home-cooked meal during your stay.

A portable BBQ / grill is also available for relaxed summer cookouts in the garden.

BATHROOMS & OUTDOOR FACILITIES

Olive Summer House is particularly practical for larger families and groups returning from a day at the beach.

Guests have access to:

• 1 main indoor bathroom with shower
• 2 additional outdoor toilets
• 1 outdoor shower

The outdoor shower is especially convenient for rinsing off after swimming before settling into the garden or veranda.

LOCATION

Olive Summer House enjoys a peaceful setting in Skala Panagia near Golden Beach, while remaining close to everything you need during your holiday.

The famous Golden Beach is approximately 350 metres away — around a 5-minute walk from the house.

Golden Beach is known for its long stretch of golden sand and shallow, clear water, making the area especially popular with families. Along the beachfront you will find tavernas, cafés, beach bars and other useful services, while supermarkets and everyday supplies are also conveniently nearby.

The house is well positioned for exploring the surrounding area. Skala Panagia and Skala Potamia stretch along Golden Beach, while the traditional mountain village of Panagia, known for its stone architecture and natural springs, is only a short drive away.

Limenas (Thassos Town), the island’s main town and ferry port, is approximately 11 km away. Olive Summer House is an excellent choice for guests who want to be close to Golden Beach without giving up privacy, space, and the peaceful atmosphere of the Thassian countryside.
