The Villa

Villa Sea & Green II was originally designed and built in 2025 as a high-standard holiday residence. This spacious three-level maisonette (118 sq.m.) is just a 5- minute walk from the famous Golden Beach and the main shops in Skala Potamia. It includes four bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, two bathrooms, one WC, a private garden, and a swimming pool. Each level is adorned with balconies offering outdoor space and natural views, adding both charm and functionality to the home.

Sleep

The ground floor features a living room with a three-seater sofa that converts into a double bed, suitable for two children up to 12 years old. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, along with a second bedroom with a double bed. The second floor consists of two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, comfortably accommodating four more adults.

Eat & Drink

The ground floor contains the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and cookware for preparing breakfast, snacks, and full meals. Guests can enjoy their meals indoors or step out to the spacious veranda facing the private garden and pool for an alfresco dining experience.

Amenities & Facilities

All rooms feature air conditioning, and the villa is equipped with a heat pump system that ensures a continuous supply of hot water. Guests have access to a full set of laundry and ironing facilities to keep their clothes fresh and clean. The villa includes two bathrooms and one WC—the WC is on the ground floor, while the two bathrooms are on the first floor, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. Entertainment is provided by three televisions, one in the living area and two in the bedrooms on the first floor. Strong Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the villa. All windows and doors are fitted with insect screens, and free private parking is available beside the property.

Restaurants, tavernas, cafés, beach bars, water sports, a gas station, and a 24-hour ATM are located within a 500-meter radius. The center of Skala Potamia is just a three-minute drive away and offers supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, and everything else needed for self-catering. The area also offers vibrant nightlife to suit every mood.

Nearby Attractions

The villa is just 200 meters from the main ring road of the island, providing fast and easy access to all tourist attractions either by car, taxi, or bus. The main port at Limenas is 13 kilometers away, accessible via a scenic pine-lined route. Southward, guests can visit Paradise Beach with its soft sand and turquoise waters, the famous twin coves of Alyki, and the natural seawater pool at Giola.
