AERIA is a seaside maisonette in Limenas, Thassos, perfect for guests who dream of staying right on the beach. Here, the sound of the waves and the sea breeze reach all the way to your bedroom, while sweeping turquoise views from the verandas create memories that last long after your holiday ends.

The beach in front of the property features soft sand and crystal-clear, shallow waters, making it an ideal and safe spot for children to enjoy.

THE RESIDENCE

AERIA is a spacious 80 sq.m. two-level maisonette designed for comfort and relaxation. On the upper floor, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms and a WC. The master bedroom features a double bed and a private balcony with beautiful sea views. The second bedroom includes one single bed and a bunk bed, making it ideal for children.

On the lower level, you will find an air-conditioned open-plan space that combines the kitchen, dining area and living room, along with a bathroom and a large furnished balcony overlooking the sea.

ACCOMMODATION

The sleeping areas are located on the upper floor. One bedroom accommodates two adults in a double bed, while the second bedroom includes one single bed for an adult and a bunk bed suitable for up to two children up to 12 years old. In total, AERIA can comfortably host three adults and two children.

DINING

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare and serve homemade meals, breakfast, or snacks. Guests can enjoy their meals at the indoor dining table or out on the furnished veranda with sea views.

AMENITIES & FACILITIES

All interior spaces are air-conditioned to ensure comfort during the summer months. Laundry and ironing equipment is available for guests’ convenience. Doors and windows are fitted with insect screens, and ample free public parking is available next to the building.

WHAT’S AROUND

AERIA is part of a small complex of luxury holiday residences located directly on the beachfront. Just steps away, there is plenty of open space where children can play safely, as well as three beach bars operating right beside the property.

The ferry port and central bus station are only a five-minute walk away, while the center of Limenas can be reached in about fifteen minutes on foot. As the island’s main commercial and administrative hub, Limenas offers shops, banks, telecommunications services, daily cruise departures, and lively nightlife. The main pedestrian shopping street leads visitors to the Ancient Agora and the Archaeological Museum, two of the island’s most important cultural landmarks.

With easy access to the island’s 98-kilometer ring road, guests can conveniently explore every corner of Thassos.
