The Villa

Villa Anastasia is a 2-floor maisonette just 3 minutes walk from the popular Beach Bar ‘Paralia’ in Golden Beach.

The location offers a perfect combination of being very close to the sea for quick and easy access, but far enough away from the noise and music from the beach. Nights are quiet and breezy.

The maisonette consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, a living room, fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. There are balconies on the 1st floor with amazing views of the green mountains and the majestic Mount Ipsario, the highest peak of Thassos at 1,204 meters. The villa’s small garden and the big common area provides a safe place for children to play outside and enjoy the sunshine.

The nearest supermarket is located 150 meters away and the nearest restaurants are 200 meters away.

The village centers of Skala Potamia and Skala Panagia are a short 3 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) away. There you will find everything from butchers, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife.

Sleep

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people: 4 adults and 2 children.

On the top floor there are two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed for 2 people.

Downstairs, in the living room, there is a sofa that opens into a double bed where 2 children may sleep.

Eat

The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven and stove for cooking breakfast, meals, and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided in the villa.

Outside there is garden furniture so you may enjoy eating and drinking outdoors. There is also a dining table in the kitchen where you can enjoy your meals indoors.
