THE VILLA

An oasis of peace and tranquility in the center of Golden Beach.

The two-story maisonette VICTORIA is part of a newly constructed complex of separate homes, just a few steps away from the popular beach of Skala Potamia, Golden Beach.

Every home has its own fenced off garden and private parking space, while the shared yard is a safe place for children to play and enjoy the sunshine.

At the front of the villa there is a well kept garden and a large furnished veranda.

On the ground floor there is a space for the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area and the living room, as well as a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each room has got its own furnished balcony. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms.

Next to you and all along the beach, there are restaurants, tavernas, cafeterias, beach bars and water sports. The center of the village of Skala Potamia is only one minute away by car or five minutes on foot. There you will find even more restaurants and tavernas, as well as snack bars, a gas station, ATM machines, a supermarket, butchers, bakeries, greengrocers, fishmongers with fresh fish straight from the nets and everything else you might need for your home cooked meals. There is also nightlife for every possible taste.

ACCOMMODATION

The bedrooms on the first floor each have a double bed so they can accommodate four adults. In the living room, there is a sofa that opens and becomes a double bed for 2 children (0-12 years).

KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities and equipment for the preparation of home cooked meals, breakfast and snacks. For your comfort there also is an oven, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster and a dishwasher. A portable barbeque is available for grilling your favourite meat or fish. You can serve your meals in the dining area or enjoy your food and drinks on the furnished veranda.

You can be connected to the internet at all times through the private wifi of the villa.

There is a smart TV in the living room.

WASHING MACHINE

Washing and ironing equipment will make it easy for you to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.

PARKING

Besides the private parking space for one car, there is ample public space for safe parking next to the villa.

WHAT IS IN THE AREA

The location gives easy access to the ring road around the island that can bring you swiftly to any touristic place of interest, either by car or taxi or by local bus services. The central port of the capital is only 13 kilometers away.

Traveling south, after ten kilometers we can find the equally famous Paradise beach, with its emerald waters and fine sands. Following are the popular twin beaches of Alikes and then Giola, the natural swimming pool with sea water. Next to that, the large female monastery of the Archangel Michael will take your breath away, as it is built on the edge of a cliff, as if it is hanging between the blue skies and seas.
