THE HOUSE

Golden Beach Stone House is a beautiful 75 sqm stone-built bungalow featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-plan with kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room, adorned with a fireplace. The tiled roof pleasantly enhances the cool ambiance of the accommodation. The large furnished veranda at the front, overlooking a private courtyard, provides a perfect gathering spot to enjoy the natural beauty of summer. Additionally, the east side boasts a spacious balcony in front of the bedrooms, offering impressive views of the wooded slopes of Mount Ipsarion.

ACCOMMODATION

Comfortably accommodating a group of up to 7 people, including 4 adults and 3 children, the bungalow comprises a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. In the living room, there is a double sofa bed that can be opened and a single sofa, providing sleeping arrangements for 3 children (aged 0-12).

FOOD & DRINK

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary facilities and utensils for preparing home-cooked meals, breakfast, and snacks. Enjoy your meals in the dining room or savor them on the furnished veranda in the courtyard. In the nearby settlement of Chryssi Ammoudia, you will find supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, and fishmongers to cater to all your shopping needs.
