The Sunrise Apartment in Kinira emerges as an ideal destination for those who yearn for a relaxing beachfront holiday. With a playfulness, nature alternately provides two beach options - one with smooth pebbles and the other with fine sand, but the seabed is crystal-clear and sandy everywhere, making it perfect for children to play in the shallow and warm waters.

THE APARTMENT

The Sunrise Apartment is a spacious two-level maisonette spanning 90 sq.m. It features two air-conditioned bedrooms and an open-plan living space with a kitchen and dining area. Each level has its own bathroom.

THE ACCOMMODATION

Both bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a double-wide bed for 2 adults, while the second bedroom accommodates 2 adults in a double-wide bed and 2 children (aged 0-12) in bunk beds. The living room includes a 3-seater couch that can be converted into a double bed for up to 2 children (aged 0-12). In total, the Sunrise Apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children.

FOOD & DRINK

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary utensils for preparing and serving home-cooked meals, breakfasts, and snacks. Enjoy your meals in the dining room or on the furnished front terrace. A dishwasher is available to keep the kitchen clean.

AMENITIES & FACILITIES

The entire apartment is air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay. Laundry facilities, including a washer and iron, are provided. Insect repellent screens protect the doors and windows. Ample free public parking is available near the building.

Kinira offers a peaceful atmosphere and a refreshing climate that will captivate you. Here, a short nap is all it takes to feel rejuvenated and ready to make the most of your vacation. The seaside settlement features two-story buildings surrounded by lush vegetation of pine and olive trees. Supermarkets, restaurants, and taverns are available in the area, and the cosmopolitan Golden Beach, the tourist and commercial center, is just 10 km away. The well-connected 98 km paved ring road provides easy and quick access to all the island’s tourist attractions. The main port of the capital is a 30-minute drive away. Within a short distance, you’ll find the exotic “Paradise Beach” with its emerald waters and golden sand, just 3 km to the south. 10 km further south, you’ll discover the popular Alykes bays. The breathtaking sight of the sun majestically rising from the sea, filling the sky with shades of gold and purple, is what inspired the name “Sunrise Apartment.”
