BLUE DIAMOND is one of the best and most unique rentals you can find on Thassos.

Situated on a hill, just 180 meters from Golden Beach, the most beautiful beach of Thassos, and one of the best in the Mediterranean, has a majestic sea and mountain view. Blue Diamond consists of one 2-storey maisonette and 3 studios on the lower ground floor, comfortably accommodating up to 19 people: 14 adults and 5 children.

The Maisonette

The maximum capacity of the maisonette is 8 adults and 3 children.

a. The upper ground floor

It has an open plan area with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. In the bedroom there is 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 children (0 – 12 years old).

b. 1st floor

It consists of a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobe each. The balcony doors of the bedrooms open onto the spacious terrace with the exquisite view of Golden Beach.

The 3 Studios

Each of the 3 studios on the lower ground floor has its own street entrance, kitchenette, TV, bathroom and double bed. Two (2) of the studios also have a chair bed suitable for a child (0 – 12). The maximum capacity of the studios is 6 adults and 2 children.

There is plenty of secure free parking next to the building or close by.

AIR CONDITIONING

All areas of the maisonette are air-conditioned. Each studio has a ceiling fan, although the position of the property is such that rarely you will need them. There is always a pleasant breeze and most probably you will need a summer blanket during the night.

GARDEN

There is an enclosed garden with a kiosk at the back of the building where you can enjoy your coffee or a drink, away from prying eyes.

LOCATION

BLUE DIAMOND has easy access to the beach, the most beautiful and famous beach of the island and ideal for kids and old. It is close to the center of Skala Panagia where all the activities take place, with restaurants, bars, cafeterias and all kinds of shops where you will find everything you need for your holidays. In the evening you have the opportunity for a romantic walk on the beach or to revel with the nightlife of Golden Beach.
