Villa Otavia is only 3 minutes by car from Paradise Beach and is ideal for 2 families who want a quiet holiday by the sea. It offers beautiful sea views from the outside loft. You will love spending time under the shade of the trees inside the garden which has a fence and is safe for children to roam around and play. The garden is equipped with comfortable furniture, a barbecue and outdoor kitchen, and a dining table.
The villa is a 1-floor house and consists of 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, a spacious living room with a sofa that becomes a double bed, a fully equipped separate kitchen and a bathroom. Free private parking is provided within the fenced area of the house.
Kinira is blessed by nature with its evergreen environment, olive groves, refreshing climate, crystal clear blue and emerald sea, shallow beaches with smooth pebbles or white sand. The nearest sandy beach is only a 2-minute drive away, where you will also be able to enjoy eating at some spectacular tavernas with breath-taking views. There is a small supermarket nearby to cover all your basic needs during your stay.
